2. Unboxing Video Requirement
- To be eligible for a replacement, customers are required to record an unboxing video while opening the package.

Replacement
Replacements for damaged or defective products(S)
- If the package is undamaged but the product is defective, initiate a replacement request within 7 days of delivery.
- Replacement requests will only be processed if all required evidence, including the unboxing video, is provided.
- Replacement process will be processed with in 3 days after we receive the product
- No returns
Exceptions
- Replacements may not be processed if the unboxing video is missing or incomplete.
- Replacements are not applicable if the product is found to be damaged after delivery due to misuse or improper handling.
